Planzer is an international group operating in the transport and warehouse logistics sectors, and Sifte Berti is a company that has been in business for 55 years. Baker McKenzie backed Planzer with a team led by partner Paolo Ghiglione, assisted by associates Giacomo Lamperti and Anna Masutti on the M&A aspects of the deal.
